He has published five research articles in International Journals and twenty five in National journal. He also wrote three technical bulletins and presented over forty conference papers.

Significant Achievements:

  • Awarded the AICCIP Silver Jubilee award for the best paper on "Challenges to Cotton in India during 1990's" on Sep 17th 1992 at TNAU,Coimbatore.
  • Awarded the Vasant Rao Naik Memorial Gold Medal for the best paper presented on "The strategies Concerning Cotton Development in India" during the National Seminar on Cotton Development in India at Nagpur, 5-6 Dec,1992.
  • Visiting Professor to Oregon State University, Oregon USA for the subject post harvest physiology of horticultural crops from 8th Dec 1988 to 8th Apr 1989.
  • Principal Investigator for an ICAR Cess Fund project on "Studies on the impact of elevated CO2 and temperature on Cotton physiology and productivity at a cost of 27 Lakhs from 1996-2001.
